Gabriel Brothers, Inc. celebrates new Wilkes-Barre store with grand opening on Saturday, July 26, 2014

Wilkes-Barre, PA, July 21, 2014 – On Saturday, July 26, 2014, Gabriel Brothers, Inc., a fashion retailer and first choice destination for savvy shoppers, will host the grand opening of its twelfth store in Pennsylvania.  The new Wilkes-Barre store is more than 50,000 square feet and will open under the name Gabe’s, the long-time moniker coined by loyal shoppers.

What: Gabriel Brothers, Inc. will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with members of its leadership team, including CEO Ken Seipel, and landlord and former stock car racer Joe Amato at 8:00 a.m. just before doors open to the public. Shoppers can expect special events and giveaways throughout the weekend, including a random drawing for $50 every 15 minutes between 8:00 and 12:00 on Saturday and hourly $50 giveaways Saturday afternoon and throughout the day on Sunday.  Additionally, on Saturday morning, a free breakfast will be served (while supplies last), face-painting will be available for the kids, and the first 200 guests through the door will receive a free Gabe’s t-shirt.
