The Store Leader provides leadership that drives the customer experience, total store results, store talent development and overall operational excellence. The store leader drives results by developing and executing short term action plans, long term strategies, embracing company initiatives, ensuring maximum productivity, examining compliance, and by taking ownership of store results. The Store Leader reports to a District Manager for Gabriel Brothers, and supervises the total store with direct supervision of the Customer Experience Leader and Product Delivery Leader. They work closely with partners in the field including other Store Leaders, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention and communicates regularly with all departments at the home office.
