The Service and Staffing Supervisor (part-time or full-time) provides support to the store leadership team and store associate team to drive total store results with specific ownership for scheduling, training coordination, operational support, office and break room organization, and associate relations to enable the leadership team to distort more time to the sales floor and the customer experience. They report directly to the Customer Experience Leader and works closely with all leadership to identify and resolve hiring, training, scheduling and maintenance/operational needs.

  • Proven time management, prioritizing and organization skills

  • Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends and non-business hours
  • Proven ability to build connected teams
  • Highly accountable and goal oriented
  • Demonstrates proficiency with computers, reporting, and budgets
