The Customer Service Supervisor provides support to the Customer Experience Leader and total store leadership to drive totally store results with direct supervision over Customer Experience Associates-including Fitting Room, Sales Floor, and Cashier associates. They work to drive customer satisfaction and grow customer loyalty through teaching, modeling, and reinforcing behaviors that deliver a great shopping experience to make Gabe’s a great place to shop, and drive profit and sales growth. They report to the Customer Experience Leader and partner with them to supervise all customer facing associates and influence customer service behaviors through all store associates.
