The Customer Service Associate supports a great place to shop by delivering a highly engaging and satisfying cashwrap experience for every customer, builds loyalty through opening rewards cards, and builds customer relations with sincere and friendly interactions with each customer. They own the front end efficiency and accuracy on their tills and report directly to the Customer Experience Supervisor.


  • Demonstrates ability to provide excellent customer service no matter the situation

  • Demonstrates proficiency in cash handling and register operations and policies.
