The Customer Experience Leader provides leadership that drives total store results and the overall customer and associate experience by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies to grow customer and associate engagement and satisfaction. They ensure maximum productivity, compliance with company policies, friendliness of the associates, and facilitate communication between leaders in the store. The Customer Experience Leader reports to the Store Leader and supervises all sales floor, fitting room and service desk associates with direct supervision of the Service and Staffing Supervisor and Customer Experience Supervisor. They work closely with leaders in the store to drive sales, profitability and customer loyalty, and with other field leaders including Human Resources and Loss Prevention.


  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
  • Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance
  • Demonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends
  • Proven ability to build connected teams and inspire trust and rapport with direct reports
